Opened in late 2019, La Focacceria has evolved into British Columbia’s pre-eminent spot for Authentic Italian Focaccia, as well as the “go to” spot for people who are “Gluten Intolerant!
We also offer bread selected sweets.
Using only 100% Italian Flour and top quality ingredients, each Focaccia is hand made, and baked fresh several times a day.
The Focaccia and Bread dough, is cold retarded, which means that the yeast is slowed down by cold temperature, giving the enzymes time to do the job Mother Nature created for them.
