Focaccia is the Ever Present Flat Bread of Italy. Every region of Italy has a different Style of Focaccia, and while most people would use it as a type of bread, some Italian cities have taken it to a new level.

All of our focaccia is made with flour imported from Italy for an authentic and delicious taste!

 

Puglia Style Focaccia

The classic dough style from this southern region, this unique dough formulation is a mix of “00” or “0” flour, Durum Wheat flour, and potatoes, which makes for a pleasant texture and a moist crumb.
